Jennifer Skrapits is responsible for the planning and execution of talent management at Beacon. She also oversees benefits and compensation and manages the firm’s HR business partners. Prior to joining Beacon in 2017, Jennifer worked as an equity sales trader at UBS in New York, extending her knowledge of investment banking and the financial services industry. Before becoming a sales trader, she held positions as a project manager and business manager at a number of investment advisory firms.
