Alla Liberman, Beacon’s COO and CFO, is Recognized as a Senior Leader on the Women in FinTech Powerlist 2023

Beacon Platform is very pleased to share that Alla Liberman, Beacon’s COO and CFO, has been named as a Senior Leader in Innovate Finance’s 2023 Women in FinTech Powerlist. This program celebrates some of the amazing women who are making an impact across the many facets of the FinTech and Financial Services ecosystem. Senior Leaders are defined by the organization as “truly driving forward change within the FinTech space, above and beyond their day-to-day role.”

From global investment banks to the largest hedge funds, board directorships, and now FinTech, Alla Liberman has been a trailblazer throughout her 20-year career. She aims high, is not afraid to be different, and is supportive of men and women on her team. Alla mentors employees and helps them increase their visibility and stature within the company, and connects them with external opportunities such as “Rising Star” programs. She also mentors women throughout the industry, both as a mentor at the Stern School of Business and as a mentor and board member of Million Dollar Women, an organization dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs get their businesses to a million dollars in revenue.

“It is a great honor to be named to the 2023 Women in FinTech Powerlist,” said Alla. “I hope that being featured on this list will help demonstrate that it is possible to break through artificial boundaries, inspire other women, and contribute to lasting changes in our industry.“

“It is wonderful to see Alla recognized as a Senior Leader in FinTech. Her experience and understanding of client needs, corporate financing, and macroeconomic realities are critical to helping Beacon deliver much-needed FinTech capabilities to our capital markets clients, such as Blackstone, PIMCO, and TD Asset Management,” said Beacon’s CEO and Co-Founder, Kirat Singh.

Innovate Finance is the independent industry body and voice of UK FinTech, actively supporting technology-led innovators to create a more inclusive, more democratic and more effective financial services sector. As they have said, “The more we talk about the issues that affect women in FinTech and raise awareness, the easier it becomes to instigate real change.”
