Xavier is an experienced certified ITIL practitioner with over 20 years leading, building, and maturing processes and specialized support organizations with an emphasis on client satisfaction and retention. Xavier has a diverse history working at major financial institutions and investment firms globally.

 

Before joining Beacon, Xavier was Director of the Global Support Group at Eze Castle Integration.
